Questions gyms ask
Can I sell both memberships and class packs?
Yes. Members can hold a membership and a class pack at the same time, and the app shows both.
Can a plan expire on its own?
Yes. Paid-in-full plans and packs end automatically on their end date, and members get a renewal reminder before that.
Can I limit how many trials one person takes?
Yes. You set the number of trials per person, so the same person can't keep restarting a free trial.
Do I have to move my existing members onto new plans?
No. We import your members with their current plans and end dates as part of free migration.
